TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICES:
All
orders are shipped at prices prevailing at time of shipment. In case of any substantial increase in price, we shall notify
you prior to shipment of the goods.
All prices are FOB Miami, Florida (our warehouse) unless
otherwise indicated. Export
packing or crating as well as special handling will be charged to the
customer at cost plus 10% for handling.
TERMS:
The
sale terms on all goods shall be cash with order.
Open accounts will be established for those firms and
individuals, which have demonstrated their ability to pay accounts
promptly and without delays. Request
further information before ordering on an open account basis.
Schools,
colleges, institutions and governments may place orders when a properly
executed purchase order is received.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS:
We
accept foreign orders from all over the globe.
Unless other payment arrangements are made, our terms are
confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit against any major U.S.A. bank or bank wire transfer.
PHOTOS:
Photos
are available of any item we have for sale.
The cost is $5.00. If
you purchase the item you may deduct this charge from the purchase price
of the item.
RETURNS
AND CREDITS:
Merchandise
cannot be returned for credit without prior written approval.
Requests for return must be made within three days of receipt of
merchandise and the returning shipment placed in the hands of the
carrier within 7 days after written approval for return is received.
All return authorizations are certified.
Freight and insurance must be prepaid by the purchaser on all
returns regardless of the reason goods are returned.
Merchandise which is sold as is, or clearance or special
clearance may not be returned under any circumstances.
These sales are considered final.
RESTOCKING
FEES:
If
merchandise is returned and no defect is found, it will be subject to a
25% restocking fee.
MINIMUM
ORDER:
Our
minimum order is $50.00.
C.O.D.
SHIPMENTS:
No C.O.D. shipments are permitted unless by special arrangement.
CREDIT
CARD ORDERS:
Credit cards are
acceptable but subject to a handling fee.
We accept, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER.
PAYMENT
AND COLLECTIONS:
If
collection proceedings are required, the buyer herein shall be
responsible to seller for reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs
incurred plus 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on any unpaid principal
balances in the event of a default under the terms of payment herein.
